Accredited by Visit Wales' Good to Go scheme and the AA Covid Confident programme, here are the measures we have taken to keep you and our staff safe.
Preparation for your stay
Our cleaners, Jane and Mike, wear full PPE while they are cleaning our properties. They will clean and disinfect to a high domestic standard so that the property will be sanitised for your arrival, using compostable disposable materials.
Sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover, kitchen towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up for you. If you prefer to bring your own linen and towels please let me know and I will reduce your rental by £20.
Welcome pack. The welcome pack will contain pre-wrapped items: tea, coffee, milk and so on. There is hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. I’ll email guests with a guide to the local attractions and key features of the property.
Please collect your key from the keysafe in the front garden. This is included in the cleaning and sanitising process. Please don’t check in before 3pm so that we can ensure everything is ready for your holiday.
We will provide water soluble laundry bags – these look like plastic bags but are made of alginate so they dissolve in the wash. Amazing. Please bag all towels and tea towels and strip the bed and bag the bedlinen and towels, thank you.
Please do not leave unbagged rubbish in the flat. Bag your black bag waste, put your recycling in the blue bags and put your food waste in the food caddy, again this must be bagged up in the little green bags.
We would really appreciate it if you could check out promptly by 10am leaving the key back in the keysafe, so that Jane and Mike can clean ready for the next guests.
